Eviva operate a transparent charging system at competitive and economical rates for highly skilled operatives and the levels of service you expect from a leading and recommended electrical company.

Eviva are accredited with the NICEIC (National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting) who are a leading assessor of Electrical Companies in the UK and provide a platinum promise to its customers giving peace of mind on work carried out. ID Number: 502741000

Training

All operatives from apprentices to our engineers are trained through the appropriate government training schemes including City & Guilds and NVQ’s .

Quality

Eviva hold further accreditations with SafeContractor, SMAS and Constructionline who annually audit our standards including Health & Safety, Quality and Environment Policies

Clarity

We charge a minimum of 1 hour at the first hour rate on all jobs, thereafter the hourly rate is reduced as above. Work thereafter is charged in 30-minute increments. Rates exclude materials and any hired in plant required.

If an NICEIC test certificate is required following works carried out, a charge of £35.00 plus VAT will be chargeable and added to the cost of the works.

Materials are charged at plus 20%

Material Collection: We stock standard day to day items on company vehicles, where we have non stock items, these will be collected from a local supplier, collection time will be charged but will be kept to a minimum. Charges are to be agreed with the customer and will not exceed £40.00+VAT

Can be provided before work commences – Minimum value of estimated work for site quoting is £500.00 all works under this value will be based on hourly rates.

Must be made in full by BACS or Cash upon receipt of invoice provided on completion of works.
